Client Highlight: AARP

A non-profit, non-partisan organization for people age 50 and over, AARP has more than 40 million current members. AARP acts as an advocate on public policy issues, publishes information, promotes community service, and works with business partners to offer products and services for its members. Given the breadth of offerings at AARP, and the diversity of the membership base, Rosetta is working with them to improve their marketing effectiveness through implementation of segment-based marketing programs that more relevantly speak to members and prospects.  To date, Rosetta has assisted in applying segment-based approaches to a new member on-boarding program, as well as, member renewal communications.  Continued work is underway to expand to additional marketing programs, measure business impact, and assist the organization in the large ‘change management’ effort required to adopt the approach across the Association.

Client Highlight: Wirtz Beverage Company

The Wirtz Beverage Group, a division of the Chicago-based Wirtz Corporation, is one of the largest beverage wholesalers in the country with interests in five states and multiple operating companies. The privately-held Wirtz Corporation remains family-owned today. Rosetta helped Wirtz Beverage create an award-winning B2B web site using WebSphere Commere, design and branding, sophisticated Web 2.0 User Interface created using Google Web Toolkit, dynamic filtered search using Lucene, an Open Source Tool, and 6 variations of complex contractual pricing and promotions. Client Highlight: Cuyahoga Community College

Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) is Ohio’s largest community college and was Ohio’s first community college when it opened in 1963. The college offers associate degrees, certificate programs and the first two years of a baccalaureate degree and serves more than 55,000 credit and non-credit students each year at three traditional campuses, two Corporate College locations, 50+ off-campus sites, and via television and the Internet. Rosetta and Tri-C are collaborating to create a new website that will be designed for their target audience and will not only be informational but also transactional. Rosetta’s team collaborated with Wasserstrom to design and develop a highly engaging, robust and stable website using IBM WebSphere Commerce B2B and B2C solution.
